Performing countless hours in teacher trainings both as student, teacher, and mentor, I sought the teachings of great living yoga masters, including Rodney Yee, Colleen Saidman, Kevin Gardiner, Joanne Carter, Unity Woods, MD. It is their dedication and training I bring to my mat and classes. I am forever grateful for their guidance. Registered with Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level, I am also an Urban Zen Integrative Therapist,(2014) Reiki Master, and certified Brain Longevity Specialist through Alzheimer’s Prevention.org. ( 2025).

Teaching Experience

Terri’s experience includes studio, corporate, hospital, and private settings in New York City, Princeton, NJ and Washington, DC. Corporate clients included Bristol Meyers Squibb - Lawrenceville, Hopewell,  Plainsboro, and New Brunswick NJ., as well as at N.E.R.C. and Meridian House in Washington, DC. Hospital experience includes Beth Israel Mount Saini in NYC, teaching staff class and through the outpatient Pain Clinic. Terri also spent hours with patients on the oncology floor at Beth Israel, to help relieve the effects of their symptoms and treatments on the oncology floor, as an Urban Zen Thearapist- a program designed by Donna Karan, Rodney Yee, and Colleen Saidman.
